Description:
1. LZ series hot upsetting machine is an advanced machine in China, which has a wide range of applications, automatic feeding and automatic forming. It is an ideal machine for forging heterogeneous workpieces. The medium frequency furnace is used to heat the material, and the upsetting pressure of the machine is used to make the product formed in the mold at one time, forging various kinds of heterogeneous workpieces such as spherical, square, bolt, spike, etc.
2. After adopting this process, the requirements for material, cost and process are reduced, the problem of complex parts is solved, the sustainable production and the efficiency are improved. It is an ideal equipment that can not be solved by cold upsetting process, and it is the upgrade and replacement of hot red punching process of punch press.
3. The machine is equipped with upper and lower material returning device, which can meet the forging process requirements of different forgings.
4. The fuselage is welded with steel plate and tempered, with good rigidity, high precision and durability.
