Product Introduction:
The three roller grinder is mainly used for refining high viscosity materials in various industries such as paint, ink, pigments, plastics, etc. Especially suitable for processing products with high viscosity and fine particle size requirements, it is currently one of the equipment with high grinding fineness in wet grinding equipment. The surfaces of the three rollers are squeezed against each other and the friction caused by different rotational speeds causes strong shear forces on adjacent rollers, forcing the material to be fully dispersed and ground.

Operational principle:
When working, adjust the fast and slow rollers to the appropriate position, start the machine, and then add the slurry to be ground to the copper knife between the middle and slow rollers
After the slurry is ground on the surface of the medium and slow rollers, it is brought to the fast roller by the medium roller, and then scraped off by the discharge scraper that is close to the surface
The blade with a baffle flows into the material container, forming the entire grinding process.
