Foundation framework

Considering the layout of the customer's workshop, we specially designed a quick-freezing device with a metal frame base customized according to the requirements of the manufacturer, so that the gravity is concentrated on several key points of the frame, and the library body is suspended in the air, which is easy to wash and clean the ground.

Insulation body and insulation door

120mm thick double-sided stainless steel rigid polyurethane sandwich board assembled into a fully closed hexahedron structure, installed on the overall frame, insulation performance and health environment is excellent. The concave and convex surface between the storage plate and the storage plate is combined, and the hook lock surface is connected, which is firm and reliable. The inlet is provided with a windproof hood, which effectively isolates the frozen area from the processing workshop and prevents running cold, which not only saves energy, but also provides a suitable working environment for processing personnel.

The opening position is set reasonably. There are two access doors, and a 600mm width corridor is provided as the cleaning area to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of the equipment. The location of the door can be adjusted according to the actual location of the customer.

With high strength, small deformation of cold and hot engineering plastic door frame and inner and outer door panel overall high pressure foaming molding, frequent switching without deformation, long time use without aging.

Carefully designed sealing rubber strip, in the case of cold and hot temperature difference, effectively blocked airflow.
