Description
Fluid bed drying granulator utilizes hot air flow to make powder into fluidized state on the fluid bed, and agglutinate into granules by spraying combining material.
The size of granules could be adjusted by the temperature of container, pressure of compressed air for spraying and liquid amount.
Feature:
1. Integrate mixing, granulation and drying into one (i.e. one step granulation), reduce steps of technique and contamination and degree of labor.
2. Granules instantly dissolved, drinking preparation easily melt, tablets easily disintegrated.
3. The machine works at negative pressure with smooth and clean inside surface without dead corner, convenient for cleaning to meet requirements of GMP.
