Introduction:
The hot forging oxide cleaning machine is used to remove the oxide surface of the billet heated by induction heating furnace as forging auxiliary equipment.
In the oxide cleaning machine system, the high pressure water produced by the high pressure pump enters the nozzles of the oxide cleaning machine. Under the action of the nozzle, the high-pressure water forms a fan-shaped water beam with great impact force, which is sprayed to the surface of the hot forging. Under the action of high-pressure fan-shaped water jets, the oxide undergoes cutting, forming cracks. High-pressure water through the crack encountered high-temperature of base material which happen instant vaporization, similar to the effect of an explosion, the oxide and the base material stripped, and was washed to leave the surface of the hot forging, thus removing the oxide.
Technical Description :
* The high pressure system of the equipment uses 7.5kw stainless steel pump to provide pressure .
* Two high-pressure spray rings are arranged inside to spray the workpiece twice front and behind .
* The filtration system adopts three-stage filtration, and the filtration adopts precision stainless steel filter screen. The lower tank is divided into two boxes front and behind , and the bottom of each box has an independent water outlet, which can completely clean the powder precipitation at the bottom of the tank.
* The boxes aremade of 2mm stainless steel sheet by argon arc welding, and sprayed with plastic after welding

3. How to daily maintain descaling equipment?
We will recommend that customers regularly clean the oxide scale in the water tank. You only need to use a magnetic shovel to remove most of the oxide scale. But also regularly replace the water in the water tank to ensure a normal filtration cycle.
4. Does the principle of high-pressure water descaling change the metallographic structure?
This method has been tested by a third-party organization. The test report shows that there is no change in the metallographic structure before and after cleaning, which has no effect on the later process.
