Full Automatic Hexagonal Nut Hot Forging Production Line

This nut automatic production line consists of open type pneumatic press, CNC hot forging multi station manipulator, intelligent induction heating furnace, fully automatic lifting feeder, closed cooling tower, and fully automatic shearing machine(option).

This production line is a fully automatic production line suitable for hot forging nuts and related products. It is automatically fed by a robotic arm and formed at three workstations. It has the advantages of good stability, high safety, and large output. Suitable for large-scale production in fastener manufacturers.

Characteristic:

1) Fast speed: High production efficiency, the semi-automatic punch with 60 strokes per minute can produce 45 products per minute.

2) Easy operation: When the production line is stable, use fully automatic operation. Common faults such as material jamming, blank sticking to the punch, blank sticking to the bottom core, and blank not being punched out can all alarm and stop the machine. After the master adjusts the production line, the general worker can take care of the mechanical arm. When the production line is unstable, semi-automatic operation is used, that is, the operator checks that there are no abnormalities at each workstation, presses the foot switch, and the punch operates once.

3) Multi functional: It has a single punch action, which means that the punching machine produces one product every two actions, suitable for producing larger products. The mechanical arm can also move the punching machine first and then move it, which can produce products with a height of about 80. There is an alarm function, and some faults can be triggered and stopped!

4) Less malfunctions and easier maintenance: The core components are imported and purchased, with a long service life and low failure rate. It has a fault prompt function, the cause of the fault is easy to detect, and maintenance is convenient.
